AAYAM, the annual Techno-Management festival of NIT AGARTALA is a humble attempt to promote and foster this co-existential relationship between Man and Technology. The insignia, insinuating Man's eternally progressive leap over the Wheel of Technology, is symbolic of AAYAM's endeavour to inculcate the spirit of engineering, innovation and forward thinking among the youth. For over half a decade, it is said that an idea can change the world. People have accomplished remarkable feats with nothing but the pursuit of an idea. With the right determination and perseverance no task can be too huge or no barriers too high. It is with this idea that NIT AGARTALA presents AAYAM. Conceive. Create. Conquer. Let nothing stop you from reaching the skies!.Techfest takes you on a ride to the implausible world which is adorned by these extreme machines, machines fighting each other in aggressive ring battles To the fresher's, Welcome! How to reach NIT Agartala

The Institute is located on a picturesque site, which is 4 k.m off National Highway (NH-44) and about 20 K.M. away from the capital city, Agartala. Agartala is linked to the rest of the country by road and rail-link via Agartala and Guwahati. It has got direct Air Link with Kolkata and Guwahati. Agartala is situated at 91.50 E longitudes and 23.80 N latitude at a height of 12.80 meters above the sea level. The Institute campus is connected to the National Highway with all weather-metalled roads. Regular bus and jeep services are available from Agartala to College Chowmuhani. Auto-rickshaw services are also available on the route from College Chowmuhani to Institute and back. The Institute runs private bus services from Agartala to Institute and back during working hours and in cases of emergency adequate number of buses, jeeps and private vehicles are available on NH-44 for traveling from Agartala. Institute also runs its own bus service for campus dwellers. The Institute is 4 km off National Highway (NH-44) and about 20 km away from capital city. Nearest railstation: 2 km Airlines: More than seven Airlines connecting Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati and Mumbai directly. From Airport to NITA: Taxi, Tata Sumo/Max and Bus services are available.
